What ZapQi links can’t be used for
A short link hides where it leads until it is opened, so people have to be able to trust it. These rules apply to every link and every account.

What a link can’t lead to
Don’t make or share a link that is used to do any of these:
- Steal passwords, money or personal details, or pretend to be someone you are not.
- Spread malware, or anything that harms the device or account of the person who opens it.
- Lead to content that is illegal where you or your visitors are, or that exploits or harms children.
- Harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
- Send spam, or hide a destination that a service has already blocked.
Don’t misuse the service
Don’t try to get past a password, an expiry date or a limit you weren’t given. Don’t send more requests than a link needs, or try to slow down or break the service.
Reporting a link
Every page we show in front of a link, such as a password page or a closed link, has a link to report it.
When a link breaks these rules, we may pause or close it, or the account that made it.
